5* These are great for preventing 'grip anxiety' when performing chin-ups and deadlifts, and allow you to squeeze every last drop of effort out of your working muscles. I wasn't sure how secure they would feel, but once you get used to them they're fantastic! 5* I use these mainly for hanging therapy to rehab my shoulder injuries from years of weightlifting and martial arts. These are great to use for hanging off a pull up bar for extended periods of time. They are strong enough that you can fully release your grip and really get into the decompression of your shoulders and spine.. and if they're strong enough to hold my fat ass up, then they must be pretty durable.
